Amazing view, clean room, perfect location, with fine perspectives of nature right from the balcony, making each morning a good start to our day, along with helpful staff who assisted with getting around the area and offered great recommendations for local transportation options.

Characterful base for exploring Ella. What a beautifully decorated hotel with superfriendly staff from the restaurant staff to the manager! Fantastic and beautiful location very close to a supermarket, and 10 minute walk from Ella Spice Garden. Also - short walk to a quiet area with, the attractions and the center of town.

Beautifully designed and absolutely charming place all in all, has BEST staff from the restaurant staff to the manager.

amazing views, spacious layout, clean accommodations

The Wi-Fi signal fluctuated annoyingly!!! The steep hills and multitude of steps from the street to the room were not what I expected. Maintenance seemed lacking, with squeaky doors and slippery steps!!!

They offered us good sized and modern rooms with enormous bed and minifridge, for example. Amazingly kind team from the restaurant staff to the manager...

Everything was nice - well-maintained rooms and savoury breakfasts. The location was excellent and beautiful, just a pleasant stroll away from South Florida Fair. There were main shopping street and a shopping street around the hotel. The in-house restaurant was good with a great selection of meals in the menu.

Fine views from the balcony and an amazing birthday surprise made our stay lovely!

The Suite with Ella Rock View offered a amazing sight every morning that you don't get just anywhere. The layout of the room felt spacious despite the boxy architecture of the hotel, giving it a unique vibe.

The hotel's design is somewhat haphazard, with rooms scattered in a way that can feel confusing. Maintenance seemed to be an issue. Doors were squeaky and loose, and at times I was like I was sharing my room with a critter in the ceiling. The rain also made the steps dangerously slippery, requiring extra caution during wet weather. All in all, it has potential, but the current state leaves quite a bit to be desired.

She. The suite with the Ella Rock view was amazing, especially during sunrise. I appreciated the complimentary luggage storage, made our check-in process smoother. The laundry service was efficient and affordable. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, with a nice variety. We faced a significant issue upon arrival when we found our suite was unavailable and mistakenly charged for it. Once we pointed it out, the hotel staff corrected the billing, but it left a bit of a sour note. The location is great, just outside Ella town. The rooftop restaurant offered a lovely view, but the older facilities could use some updates, as they showed signs of wear. While the service and views were fantastic, some aspects of the hotel facilities need attention.

Heaps of fun in this peaceful spot, with fantastic views. But there were lots of steps , made it a bit tricky. Breakfast, though, was sweet as!

great service but room maintenance could improve

We received an really good welcome at check-in, thanks to the lovely lady at the reception. The breakfast every morning featured an very nice variety, and we particularly loved the fine mountain views from our room, especially in the evenings.

the room's air conditioning was inadequate at times, leading to uncomfortable warmth during the night.

the hotel is perfectly situated within a few steps of excellent dining options and just a short walk from the fine Nine Arch Bridge, making it an ideal base for those who love to explore.

Wi-fi was spotty, but the breakfast chef was helpful and friendly.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the main street and many cool spots like the train station and 9 arch bridge. The room was clean and the view of ella rock was fine. The staff were super friendly and helped us book some awesome activities. The food in their restaurant was yum and good value, especially breakfast. A comfy stay and highly recommend it.

the wi-fi could be better and there were no safes in the room.
